Our shirts are printed to order by Monster Digital through Printify. Please review the garment measurements and choose your size carefully before placing your order. Product mockups illustrate the design; minor garment and print variations can occur.
Price and shipping
Shirt #1 is $29.95 in every available size, S–3XL. We currently ship within the United States. Standard Shipping is $4.95 for the first shirt and $2.40 for each additional shirt in the same order. Applicable sales tax and the full order total are shown at checkout before payment.
Production happens before shipping. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships; the carrier may need time to post its first scan. For an overdue or missing shipment, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Changes and cancellations
Email us immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will try to help before production begins, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Check your delivery address before paying. If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may be required; we will discuss the options with you before arranging a paid reshipment.
Damaged, defective or incorrect shirts
If your shirt arrives damaged, has a printing/manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, email info@blackcloudcustomsllc.com promptly and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed defect or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
Do not mail an item back without contacting us first. Photos are normally sufficient for a defect claim; if a return is needed, we will provide instructions privately.
Size selection and change of mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges solely for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or any rights required by applicable law.
Refunds and support
Approved customer refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines when the credit appears. Contact us if you need help with an order or refund.
