Black Cloud SMTP is operated by Black Cloud Customs LLC to send website and customer-service email through the business Gmail account authorized by its owner.
The integration requests Gmail permission to send email on that account’s behalf. That send-only permission does not provide access to read the mailbox. Messages sent through the website may contain recipient addresses, message content and information needed for the particular website notification.
FluentSMTP connects the WordPress website to Google using OAuth. The configured authorization callback is https://fluentsmtp.com/gapi/. The website stores connection information needed to send authorized messages. Website email logs may also contain message information and delivery results.
This integration is for Black Cloud Customs LLC’s business mailbox; customers are not asked to grant Gmail access. The account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents further sending through that authorization but does not itself delete previously sent messages or website logs.
